Our 5 acre commercial facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security features to ensure the protection of your belongings. Boat storage, RV storage, motorcycle storage, adventure vehicle storage and unique large vehicle storage. We have space for them all. 

RV Winterize ~ basic package starting with:

• Drain water tanks 

• Fill system with RV antifreeze

• Drain hot water tank

• Remove hot water anode rod

• Extras include fridge water, laundry, dishwasher, ice maker​

• Visual inspection of exterior for any cracks, damage or potential leaks.

Winter Prep ~ basic package starting with:

• Test run up boat, run fuel stabilizer through fuel system

• Test operation of bilge pump , blower, and lights

• Visually inspect belts, hoses, anodes, fluids prop & leg

• Fog motor & clean flame arrestor

• Drain raw water system & fill engine system with antifreeze

• Remove hull plug & disconnect batteries

• Check engine oil
