OUR STORAGE SOLUTIONS
Outdoor Storage
Enjoy one of our 94 self-serve outdoor storage spots for your unit. All our outdoor storage spots come labelled for easy wayfinding, with markers to outline your stall placed on a 45 degree angle making parking your unit easy.​
All outdoor spots are designated to a specific customer, meaning your spot is always your spot, whether you are parked in it or not.​
Outdoor storage customers are given fob access which allows you access to your space 7 days a week, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, come and go for all your adventures!

4-11 month storage term starting at $250 monthly, year round storage term starting at $200 monthly
Indoor Storage
Our indoor storage facility can house up to 250 units during peak storage seasons. Indoor storage is ideal for our customers with boats, seasonal vehicles or units which may require a climate controlled area.
​
Our indoor storage facility is a permanent, paved, secured facility with employee accessibility only, ensuring your unit stays safe and dry. When a customer is required to exit or enter, our staff will valet the unit outside for you to easily access.
​
Please note: exiting during the winter months is limited to keep our customers dry and secure.
​
Indoor storage starts at $325 monthly for an 8 month term and $375 monthly for a 6 month term.
Short-term Storage
Short term storage is available on a weekly, biweekly and monthly terms. Short term storage is ideal for our out-of-town customers who may be needing a safe space to store their unit while they travel via air or ship.

Our short-term storage is offered on an as-available basis, please contact the office to discuss your needs so we can accomodate.
Please note, indoor short term storage is only available during our storage off-season.
​
Short term outdoor storage starts at $150 weekly and indoor storage starts at $200 weekly.
Valet Storage
For our customers who prefer to leave the parking to us, you can enjoy one of our valet spaces. Valet storage spaces give you the freedom to just drop your unit and pick up as you need.
​
From there, our expert staff will park your unit securely. When you want to pick up, simply message us with your departure date and we will have your unit pulled and ready to go!
Valet spaces are also ideal for short-term storage clients or businesses requiring fleet storage.

Boat Trailer Storage
Need a place to store your boat trailer while you moor during the boating season? We offer specific rates for customers looking to store their boat trailer only.
​
We also offer transportation services should you need us to bring your trailer to and from the marina!
​
Boat trailer storage agreements can be used individually or grouped with an indoor storage term for seasonal storage of your boat.
​
Boat trailer storage starts at $175 monthly, please contact the office for pricing specific to your needs.
Motorcycle & Power Sport Storage
Use Premier to store all your outdoor toys and power sport vehicles! From motorcycles to ATV's, sea-doo's, side-by-sides and snowmobiles, we can store all your units when they are not in use.

Motorcycle and power sport storage is indoor storage offered on the same storage terms with a 6 or 8 month storage agreement. Outdoor storage is available on a short-term basis as needed.
​
Indoor motorcycle/power sport storage starts at $100 monthly with a signed storage agreement.
All stored units must be mobile (on a trailer or have wheels). Storage rates are based on overall length of your unit, please contact us for specific pricing.
